Dedicating time to personal mastery

  • Make a promise to yourself to regularly work on personal mastery.
  • Make it realistic, 5 minutes every day to start
  • Make it a habit
  • Anchor it to something you already do on the daily
  • Forgot? No big deal, do it now if possible, later if not, thank yourself for noticing
  • Build on it. Doing this in the morning is great, when this is not possible, it is not possible, don't sweat it, do what works with your life the way it is now.
